버드맨무지개 In this kind of case, I recommend autologous costal cartilage I had revision rhinoplasty at 로ㄱ because the silicone deviated to one side and made my nostrils uneven, and I used autologous costal cartilage. It’s holding up well now at 3 months, but the material differs by person, so at least go get a consultation
