Leaving a review of my revision rhinoplasty… (I really can’t do it anymore)

My first surgery was 7 years ago, and because the cartilage and silicone had become crooked and there were functional issues too, I had implant-free surgery at a private clinic. On the morning of surgery day, I think the surgery took about 3 hours, and a nurse woke me up and I think we went to the recovery room together. My throat and inside of my mouth were seriously so dry it was hell until I drank water, and while riding home in the car, the anesthesia gradually wore off. From that day, my face felt like someone had hit it, with a numb, aching pain. Day of surgery to dawn, With sore throat, nose pain, and bloody sputum as a triple combo, I barely slept. My throat hurt so much that tears came out on their own. And the area around my eyes swelled a lot. Day 1, Because of the holiday, I was supposed to go to the hospital to have the nasal packing removed, but the director said I seemed to still need more hemostasis, so I learned how to remove it myself from the nurse, got a swelling injection, antibiotics, and laser treatment, then went home. My face swelled more. The throat pain subsided, but the nose pain is still severe and genuinely painful. Day 2 (now), I absolutely couldn’t remove the nasal packing myself, so I called around to ENT clinics from the morning and went to one that could do it to have the packing removed. Tears came out on their own, and it stung and throbbed. Rather than feeling refreshed, I don’t know why it hurt so much for meㅠㅠ Right now, blood + nasal discharge are coming out, so I’m keeping gauze on and resting. Still, now that I can breathe, it’s really much more comfortable. + Since I had experienced it once before, I thought it would be okay, but for me the revision surgery seems to hurt more and swell more. Maybe it’s because I had functional and cosmetic surgery together, but I really never, never want to do this again. And since I did it at a private clinic, the system was definitely meticulous. When everything was ready right before surgery, I saw the director’s face and I think they put in the anesthetic right away. It was scary, but I really liked that it didn’t feel like a factory-style clinic. The nurses were also very kind and kept holding my hand, so I was grateful. I definitely think a private clinic suits me better. And if anyone here had functional + cosmetic surgery together, please tell me how long the pain lastsㅠㅠ
