When I put my fingers inside both nostrils and touch the middle wall, I don’t think anything was left insufficiently removed. It’s true that there should only be my own septal cartilage in the middle wall, so why is it this hard? The nasal tip tissue was hard too, but now that it’s been 3 months, it has softened. I still can’t make a pig nose, and when will this middle wall soften? After removal surgery, because of the contraction phase, do not only the soft tissues but also the original cartilages become hard?
