I had it done with ear cartilage 6 years ago, but my columella drooping is severe, so I’m looking into revision surgery. My ideal look is a rounded, natural-looking nasal tip, and I’m planning to go to ㄴㄴ Clinic and ㄹㅋㅋ. Has anyone here had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage?? I have something to ask, so I’d be really grateful if you could leave a comment
