1 year and 6 months after cheekbone surgery

It’s already been a year and a half. Recently, I suddenly started hearing a clicking sound from the area in front of my right ear, so I got scared and came into this community. But when I touch it, there isn’t much difference. The position matches well with the side that doesn’t make noise too (it hasn’t shifted), and for the past year and a half it’s become my routine to check my cheekbones when I wake up in the morning, but they’re still firmly in the same place. I guess the problem is expecting it to be exactly the same as a normal person after cutting and reattaching living bone haha The sound only happens when I open my mouth very wide too. I should be careful with hard foods for a while, right? I barely had any cheek sagging, so I thought I had no side effects, but I guess there is a little. The surgical effect is subtle, but in terms of self-satisfaction, it’s enough. I think cheekbone surgery is a procedure where other people may not even notice, but you can become subtly prettier. The horizontal width doesn’t shrink dramatically like a celebrity’s... the temples are the limit. I still look round in photos. My friend also had it done, but this friend basically has a large head shape, so even after surgery the face still looks broad. Even though the cheekbones disappeared. You have to accept a very slight amount of cheek sagging. Personally, I liked having the cheekbones gone enough to accept the slight cheek sagging, so I have no complaints about the surgery. Maybe because I had the surgery in my very early twenties, there’s almost no cheek sagging itself... Maybe because I have a lot of facial fat (overweight), or maybe because the muscles remember the cheekbones. The egg shape that appears when I smile (the round cheekbone line like when Moon Geun-young or Kim Hee-sun smiles) is still there hahaha I hated that the most, sob... Of course it’s less than before. Anyway, a year and a half has already passed... I’ll have to keep watching it for the rest of my life hahaha It’s really a surgery that makes you pay a lot of attention. I don’t recommend it. The effect is literally just self-satisfaction, and the risks are big too. Ordinary people will absolutely not become beauties just by doing cheekbone surgery hahaha People who become beauties after cheekbone surgery were already pretty before.
