I had the back part of the cheekbones left unfixed and the front part fixed, long-curve jaw surgery, T-osteotomy of the chin, and revision rhinoplasty for a crooked nose from a nasal fracture and to reduce the nasal tip a bit. It has been 3 months now, and honestly, I feel a little dissatisfied? I think a lot of the swelling has gone down, but still, somehow it doesn't feel like my face is completely slim or anything? Will my face change again at the 6-month mark.. It's not like it completely failed, so I'm just trying to accept it, but it's kind of annoying. It feels like the money was wasted, and it even feels worse than before. The T-osteotomy area still feels tight, and it kind of gives a protruding-jaw feeling? Ah, honestly this is the most annoying part. Because of that, my chin tip also looks longer. Before, I had a slight protruding-jaw look, so they moved it backward. But I want to believe this is swelling,, And for my nose too, I don't know if the swelling has not gone down or if they just made it like this originally. The nasal tip looks blunt too, ah!~~ㅜㅜㅜ Please answer if you are at 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year post-op. I'm depressed, ah
