I had my jaw and cheekbones done, but my cheeks started sagging, so I came back to this community. My original face shape was a V-line with slightly prominent cheekbones and a slightly square jaw, so I had my jaw and cheekbones done at the same time in 2007. From the beginning after surgery, it was a bit uneven, and they said the nerve in my chin was positioned low, so they shaved even the front chin in a way that didn’t look natural, making it a bit blunt. Then a few years later, I got orthodontic treatment, and as my facial area suddenly became smaller, the cheek sagging got worse and my face changed to feel like a lot of cheek fat had accumulated.. If anyone is considering both orthodontics and facial contouring surgery, I’d like to advise you to do orthodontics first.
