I had cheekbone surgery

It has been about a week now. I had non-fixation cheekbone surgery, done only through incisions beside the ears. Maybe because I lost weight, the swelling doesn't look too bad, and sometimes the cheekbone joint area feels stiff. When I practice opening my mouth, my jaw muscles feel very uncomfortable and painful... I get stressed every time I do mouth-opening exercises.. I can barely force two fingers in.. They said if it stiffens like this, my mouth won't open, so I forced it open enough to fit two fingers, and after that my jaw muscles hurt so much and I'm stressed ㅠ Did everyone else also do mouth-opening exercises? It hasn't even been 10 days yet, so I'm really worried whether I absolutely have to force my mouth open. Also, they told me to press firmly on my cheekbones with my hands.. But pressing an area with wounds seems to stress my body out; whenever I press it, my face heats up and my cheekbones throb.// If I don't press, since it's non-fixation, I feel like my cheekbones will come back out.. I'm getting really worried.. If anyone has gone through something like this, even though it's a hassle, please write a few words ㅠㅠ Please..
