My silicone kept shifting to one side and looked very crooked, so I had the silicone removed and left the ear cartilage in the nasal tip. It’s been about six months since removing the silicone. But one nostril is fine, while in the other nostril it feels like cartilage is protruding. Is that okay? I’m scared to open my nose again now Is it okay to just live with it?
