Silicone and cartilage shifted to one side, removing visible cartilage

It’s been 4 years since surgery, but the silicone keeps shifting to the left, and even the nasal tip cartilage has shifted, so the skin has become so thinㅡ On one side of the nasal ala, the shifted cartilage is also showing through. What will happen to my nose if I remove it? ㅜ And the nostril side feels pinched, which is seriously so annoying. It’s so uncomfortable. Is correction of this side possible? I had 3 mm silicone, a septal strut, cartilage suturing, and cartilage grafting. I booked removal surgery for March 12, but I’m so anxious ㅜ My first surgery was somewhere else, and the hospital doing the removal said they would also fix the nasal tip asymmetry. I booked with a teacher at Apgujeong ㅈㅇ//ㅅㅁㄱ ㅜ If anyone knows information, please help ㅜㅜ
