It looks about 80% similar to before my nose surgery. Since a lot of septal cartilage was removed during the nose surgery, the nasal dorsum looks a little sunken. My image has completely gone back. Of course, the nasal dorsum is a little lower than before. The nasal skin is also a bit stretched. I have no regrets about removal. But these days I keep thinking about filler injections lol.. I still haven’t done it because I’m worried there might be side effects lol
