It has spread out so much that I want an early correction. The wide-splayed part of my nasal tip seems like it happened because the cartilage was loosened too much, and I want to have it tied again Am I being too greedy? I’d rather have it upturned instead. They probably won’t even do an early correction, though... Please give me advice
