I feel so relieved. I was so worried. I am not usually someone who comments online or writes reviews, but I got a lot of information and comfort from this community, and I was truly grateful in many ways. So I am posting a review in case it can help even a little. I decided to remove my 16-year-old silicone implant because of visibility through the skin, movement, and drooping of the nasal tip. Today it was removed safely and well^^ Right now I have a splint on, so I am not sure how it looks. The nasal tip does not look upturned, but if it is not upturned now, does that mean it will keep not turning up?? Or can it still turn up later?? Also, do I not need to take something like Rizaben or whatever that medication for preventing contracture is?? I only received about 7 days of prescribed medication. Will that alone be enough?? What is the contraction period?? Please tell me~~ I looked into it a lot and searched too, but there is still so much I do not know. My nose does ache and throb. My double eyelids are gradually getting smaller, so I guess I am swelling. I should work hard on ice packs~~!!
