Septal extension, support strut, hump osteotomy, 6 mm silicone I had surgery about a month ago. I have a foreign-body sensation, the height is also high, and the nasal tip is too pointed. Because of this, I went back for another consultation, and about 2 weeks later, we decided to replace it with autologous dermis. I heard that the nasal bridge is easy to replace, and they said they would lower the septum at the nasal tip. After lowering the septum, is it possible to do the nasal tip with autologous dermis too? There is no inflammation. Will it not become upturned or develop contracture? As the dermis at the nasal tip gets absorbed, will it not turn up? Has anyone had revision surgery like this..
