3-day review after nose surgery

First of all, I had correction for a low nose, a bulbous nose, bridge augmentation (silicone), tip surgery (ear cartilage, septal cartilage), and osteotomy. I waited a bit before surgery, then had one more consultation with the director and the coordinator about the design, and went in. I fasted for 12 hours and stopped taking my usual hair-loss medication beforehand (minoxidil tablets - there could be an issue with low blood pressure). Because it was general anesthesia, the anesthesiologist said they would give me some propofol and a few cc of another medication or something like that, and I only remember them saying, “Take a deep breath, I’ll give you oxygen,” and the oxygen mask coming toward me, then waking up in the recovery room. My throat hurt a lot, it hurt like crazy, and they didn’t give me water, which was awful (apparently you can’t drink water after general anesthesia anyway). I rested in the recovery room and then in the hospital room, then went home after being discharged, but the nasal packing was so tight, really insanely tight. I’m already bad at tolerating feeling suffocated, so having my nose stuffed with cotton almost drove me crazy... On the first day I stayed up all night, and the next day I barely managed to hold on thanks to a helpful tip. On the 3rd day after surgery they took the cotton out, and it was such a huge relief~~ (At that time they also gave me antibiotics and wiped away all the blood around my nose muy amable) + I felt a little nauseous from the antibiotic injection on an empty stomach, so keep that in mind)) But after a while my nose swelled up again and got blocked, so just bear with it (it’s not completely blocked, just like having a cold) I still have the splint on, so I don’t know the exact shape yet, but it seems like it’s been lifted just a little, the way I wanted. It kept swelling until day 2, and from day 3 it didn’t swell any more. But I don’t know how to do warm compresses.
