I went around for consultations, and at 4 large clinics, I was told I needed to use rib cartilage or was recommended septal cartilage + rib cartilage. One private clinic said my septal cartilage amount was fairly okay, but that they thought about 70-80% of the shape I wanted would be possible, and one clinic said septal cartilage alone would be enough to achieve what I want. I also asked whether rib cartilage would be used later if it turned out to be insufficient, and they firmly said they would do it with septal cartilage only. In this case, would it be okay to trust the last clinic and go with them? If possible, is it better to use only septal cartilage for the first surgery?
