Breast Re-Surgery

An animation deformity side effect that bothers me more than I expected

I worked out at the gym (1 hour of strength training, 30 minutes of cardio) 5 times a week for about a year, and successfully dieted, but my breasts shrank a lot from a full D to about a B with no upper-breast volume, so I had surgery with Motiva using a subfascial triple-plane technique. I don’t know if it was because of the exercise I worked so hard on or because of my naturally developed muscles, but my pectoral muscles showed a lot, almost like rippling, and even just putting strength into my hands made my breasts move, so I had revision surgery because of that side effect. They said it would go away if they repositioned the muscles, so I believed them and had it done at the same hospital, but after one month, once the swelling went down, the muscles became visible again... They say it’s an uncommon side effect, and there aren’t many related posts or videos, and it wasn’t mentioned before my first surgery, so I hadn’t even thought about it. But seeing my cleavage look bumpy even when I’m still makes me so depressed Right now I’m trying as much as possible not to use my arms or chest muscles, but because of work it’s not easy I hope everyone also considers their chest muscles and looks into the surgical method in more detail before doing it
