About 20 years ago, I had breast augmentation with saline implants and went through that time without any particular side effects.... However, because of concerns about the implants from such an old surgery, the unnatural feel of the implants (they don’t spread out when I lie down), dissatisfaction with the texture, and other reasons, I made a big decision to undergo revision surgery.
