Where is good for breast surgery these days..

I’m looking into revision surgery because of capsular contracture, and I’m looking at MD and U&U since they specialize in breasts, and I’m also curious about Note so I’m thinking of going there too... If it’s rippling, then at least ㅠㅠ you probably won’t have to remove the capsule

아스스스 I had Mentor Xtra 3 years ago and got rippling.. Maybe it’s because I had it done subfascially, and as my body fat decreased, if light shines on it you can see it with the eye, and when I touch it I can feel it tooㅜㅜ I’m planning to go to ㄱㄹ and ㅁㅂㅇ soon for consultations, but they said revision surgery has an additional fee, so that’s what I’m most worried about. I seriously regret not doing dual-plane the first time...
