I completely removed 10-year-old silicone and Medpor in the columellar strut! After removing them, my original nose looks much more natural and pretty. There’s no silicone show-through either, and I love it. I was really worried before removal, but now I feel relieved. I’m going to live comfortably with a nose without implants~
