About four or five years ago, because the nasal tip cartilage and silicone were showing through, I was looking into removal, and there were many posts saying that if you use dermis after removal, it looks natural and does not become too low even after silicone removal. I was tempted and did it, but my nose became crooked and gradually lower, my columella also became crooked, my nostrils became uneven, and it rose up sharply I had a mental breakdown. After living like that for more than a year, I got correction with autologous costal cartilage, but the short nose and sharp upturned nostrils are still the same.
