I had a slight hump nose, so the bone in the middle was osteotomized, and only the nasal tip was slightly raised using septal cartilage. Today is day 13, and I wish the nasal tip would come down a little more.. My original nose was slightly arrow-shaped, so my nostrils were hardly visible. But now that my nostrils suddenly show a bit, it feels awkward and I don't think it suits my face For those who had septal cartilage surgery, until when does the nasal tip continue to come down?
