I had nose surgery together with rhinitis surgery the year before last. My nose was a little bulbous, so I had it corrected at the same time. The surgery used a septal strut and ear cartilage, and the implant was silicone. At first, the bridge became higher and the tip lifted beautifully, so my features looked sharper and it felt good. I asked them to make it high even if it showed a little, but now it has become too stiff and looks too artificial in photos, so I regret it ㅠ
