I had surgery using ear cartilage and silicone for the nasal bridge, and it has been about 4 years since the surgery. There are no side effects, but I’m worried because it looks too natural. I dislike obvious-looking results, so I went to a place that does natural-looking work, but even when I tell people, it’s so unnoticeable that they’re shocked. If you look at the before-and-after photos, you can clearly tell, but people who didn’t know have no idea at all I don’t know whether this is good or bad. These days, the trend seems to be making everything big, high, and defined, so I keep wanting to have surgery again too.. Still, I’m scared of side effects I heard it’s good to use silicone for about 10 years and then have revision surgery, so when I have my next surgery, I’m going to try raising it quite a lot.
