My nose looked big and wide, which was a complex for me, so I always worried about it. Finally, I decided and it's been 5 days since I had nasal osteotomy and tip surgery with septal cartilage. I had the splint removed today, and maybe because I asked from the beginning to make it natural, it doesn't look very different. The tip is definitely supported, but it looks a bit upturned. I couldn't meet the doctor who performed the surgery, so I asked the consultant, and they said once the swelling goes down, it will look a bit more defined and the tip will come down too. I'll post another review once the swelling has completely gone down after a month.
