Seven years ago, I had surgery with an L-shaped silicone implant and ear cartilage, and I’ve been really distressed because the nasal tip shows through and protrudes... Recently, the inside of my nose has felt uncomfortable, and the outside has also looked red and swollen at times. I’ve decided on revision surgery... but since other surgeries can also come with side effects, I honestly just want to remove everything.... There are so many posts saying that even after removal, it may not go back to how it originally was, so I feel so frustrated I feel like I’m going crazy. I’m so scared because it will probably get worse from now on..
