About 17 years ago, I went in without knowing anything to get double eyelid surgery, but ended up having surgery on the nasal bridge and nasal tip too. (silicone + cartilage) My eyes are fine, but the nasal tip looked blunt and artificial, so I went for a revision consultation at the same hospital 7 years ago, and they recommended nostril reduction and paranasal augmentation surgery, so I had those done. But after reducing the nostrils, it somehow looked even more artificial. The pinched feeling seemed to become stronger too. The paranasal augmentation surgery was okay at the time, but as I got older and my face started sagging, it feels like it didn’t make much difference. Now I just want to improve the pinched look at least.
