2 Years After Nose Surgery, I Think I Regret It Almost Every Day. Very Long Review

I had a hump nose, and it was exactly the nose I inherited from my mom. My mom had a severe complex about hers, so she really wanted to make sure my nose looked pretty. Ever since I was young, she said she would definitely get me nose surgery.. In the end, I had surgery 2 years ago. An acquaintance of an acquaintance had a nose that looked just like mine, and I heard their surgery turned out really well, so they told me I should get it too. I ended up getting surgery kind of without thinking it through. I heard that the acquaintance only had the hump shaved down, but during my consultation, I was told that even for a woman my hump was severe, and because of that my nasal tip was drooping, so I needed the hump shaved down plus silicone on the nasal dorsum and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. At that time I had no information at all, so I was just like, ah yes.. yes... yes... and ended up having the surgery. Even when I showed the nose I wanted, the doctor scolded me like, “What’s pretty about this?”ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ then said they would make it pretty on their own..... In the end, my nose was made too high, so I don’t like it. I begged them to make it natural and not too different from my original nose... Since then, I think I regret it every day. I have right-sided nasal obstruction every day. After the cosmetic surgery, I had septal surgery with the same doctor, but the nasal obstruction is the same.. While I was at it, I asked them to lower the nasal tip, but it didn’t really get lower... When I said I didn’t like the shape, they got offended... (The doctor is an ENT specialist, so I had it processed through insurance and got the surgery.) Even after septal surgery, the nasal obstruction didn’t improve, so I had another surgery two months ago (I did not pay the cost). But after the last surgery, the septal cartilage in the nasal tip shifted to the left, so my nose became crooked...... I went to the hospital last week, and they said let’s try to adjust the shape with injections first, so I got an injection to reduce scar tissue and an injection to fill in tissue. But there isn’t really any effect.... I was troubled, so I went to an ENT clinic I had looked into for a few days and asked about revision surgery, but they told me to go to a university hospital. They asked if there is even such a thing as a tissue-filling injection, and whether they had just injected filler instead... In the end, I’m considering complete removal... For those considering nose surgery, please think about it carefully for a long time before deciding.. Please.. I feel like I would rather go back to just having a hump nose. Back then I had rhinitis, but it wasn’t severe, and breathing wasn’t difficult every single day...
