It has been 1 month and 18 days since surgery. Since it has not been long since the surgery, the physical discomfort I feel may resolve over time. Still, I will write out all the discomfort I have felt so far. Please keep that in mind while reading. Please understand that there are no photos. I originally had a bulbous nose with a slight hump, and my nasal bridge was on the lower side. My nose was a little short too, but it was not a low nose. During the consultation, they said it was possible without implants. What I wanted was something that would last for life without worrying about side effects, and above all, would not look obviously surgical, but would improve my bulbous nose. So I gave up wanting a higher nasal bridge and had surgery without implants.. They placed a septal support strut at the nasal tip, tied the cartilage, and even did columella correction.
