There was little pain and no side effects. I'm satisfied with it, and although I'm a bit concerned about possible nose side effects, it's still a surgery I'm fairly happy with. On the first day, I had silicone on the bridge, ear cartilage at the tip, plus donated rib cartilage. On the day of surgery, it was more awkward than painful, and the pain was minimal.
