I had nose surgery. At the consultation, they emphasized cleanliness and I think they are indeed neat about it. But I wanted the surgery done with ear cartilage, and they just opened the nose and did it with the septum. I really didn't want to use septal cartilage. And I said I wanted a natural result, but they said a natural result means the starting point between the eyebrows is usually around the middle of the pupils, and they really just made it about the same as a double eyelid line, so I ended up with a nose that doesn't suit me at all. I wanted ear cartilage in case I might need revision surgery, but Still, it's been 9 months and I have no side effects, so I'm just living with it.
