It was mentioned a lot when I went for a nose revision consultation, so I decided to make this my first stop and went for a consultation. I thought it would be crowded because it was famous, but the building was just big and it was very quiet.. I wanted revision surgery on the tip using my own tissue, but they pushed autologous costal cartilage hard. When I mentioned autologous costal cartilage, they said something absurd like it’s basically no different from donated rib cartilage..
