<It has been 8 months since surgery> Hello, I had rhinoplasty with silicone, and after 1 year I had to undergo revision surgery again because the nasal tip cartilage was showing through, so I chose autologous dermis! I think a major advantage of autologous dermis surgery is that after engraftment, side effects do not appear, and unless you dislike the shape, you do not need revision surgery. The photos are from 8 months after revision surgery! Before rhinoplasty, my nose was very low, and my current nose is about the same height as when I had silicone surgery. Because my own dermis was used, there are no side effects, and I can touch my nose freely, so I think it’s really nice! For those getting revision surgery, I highly recommend dermis.
