Even though I had a reservation, I waited for an hour. I got the impression that the director was kind of careless during the consultation. The line about using ear cartilage to raise the tip of the nose and not having big expectations was good, but the part about there being no side effects or anything like that bothered me a bit. The price seemed really cheap, and I'm going to decide carefully.
