The waiting time wasn't zero and was a bit long, but the reason was that the director was doing such a thorough consultation. Unfortunately I decided not to do the nose surgery, but if we're talking only about the consultation, this was the most satisfying one among the hospitals I visited. The hospital facilities are good too.
