I already had nostril reduction, so my nostrils are extremely small, but they told me to do nostril reduction again, which made me go, huh... and the nose they showed me in the simulation really wasn’t to my taste, so I thought about it and didn’t do it. It was a straight, masculine-looking nose. The consultation manager’s nose is so pretty, though.. Maybe because they designed it directly.
