I was just out of my mind, and at two places they said my current nose was pretty so I didn’t need to do it, and they turned me away, but I really just wanted it to get slightly higher and have my bulbous nose corrected
By personality, I find going around to many places annoying, so at the clinic I was already going to, they recommended a nose surgery clinic, and the hospital they recommended? after I asked was this place, so I ended up going (maybe they were just close doctor friends..)
The consultant was kind, and when I looked, the director was active on YouTube and explained a lot, and did YouTube lives too, making me feel trust, so I just booked the surgery date right away. For rhinitis nose surgery, the nasal tip would be done with septal cartilage, and I said I didn’t want a big change either, I just wanted bulbous-nose correction from my current nose and to have it projected slightly forward using septal cartilage. They said it would only project forward without a big change, so it wouldn’t be noticeable, and that many people said they couldn’t tell what was done. So I said I liked that and matched a surgery date right away and got the surgery, but the result is that my nose became extremely long, and from every angle it looks like a witch nose, an arrow nose, super long, so I’m under enormous stress. The hospital says it’s swelling, that it will improve after 6 months, but it looks like your scar tissue. They said scar tissue can last 1 year or even longer haha Scar tissue aside, they didn’t project my nose forward, they projected it downward, so the shape is freaking weird lol They keep saying until the end that they didn’t pull it downward lol From your view, does this look like swelling lol? My nose is flowing down like a Squidward witch nose, like a gaebul sea worm And They said I had a slight hump that I didn’t even have, and that they’d shave it down as a service or whatever. I don’t have a hump, but I thought about it for a moment, then I was going to not shave it, but then I thought maybe I should because the doctor said so and asked them to do it. Now that the swelling there went down, it looks freaking sunken. I don’t know, seriously ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I cry every time I look in the mirror and I can’t meet people. Seriously, everyone who sees it asks why they made my nose weird, so I’m stressed ㅜㅜ They even posted content on YouTube saying when a nose becomes long, it makes you look 10 years older and so on, and every single one of those applies to me..ㅎㅎㅎ When I smile, my nose lengthens downward, so when I’m just still, it looks like a Squidward nose and a witch, but if I smile even slightly at the corners of my mouth, it immediately becomes an arrow… My natural nose was pretty, but I got greedy and this is a case of getting screwed.. Ha.. But now that I’m looking carefully at the before-and-after photos in detail, the director’s style seems to be making noses long.. ㅠㅠ damnㅋㅋㅋㅋ It’s my fault… It’s my fault for looking into it too carelessly and going for it…. People with short noses may match well with that hospital….ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I clearly didn’t want that kind of nose, but for my first surgery, I wasted money and became worse-looking than before surgery The hospital..? I don’t blame them. It’s just my fault. I chose the hospital carelessly, and because it was my first surgery, it’s my fault for just trusting and leaving everything to them My natural nose was not a long nose… I’ll just consider it as having had rhinitis surgery and just.. look into revision surgery…
