My nostrils were already super small because I had nostril reduction, and they still told me to do another nostril reduction, which was weird... I was thinking about it, but I did not do it because I did not like the nose from the simulation at all. It was a straight, masculine-looking nose. The consultation manager's nose is so pretty though.. probably because they designed it themselves.
