I told them that my biggest concerns were my wide nostrils and my acute nasolabial angle, and they kindly and thoroughly explained things while showing me the CT scan, which I liked. Then after waiting about 5 more minutes, I had a consultation with the director, and he was extremely thorough. He told me which areas would be good to improve, and since my nasal bridge is on the higher side, he said he would use the septum and ear cartilage to raise the tip. Because I have a slight dorsal hump, he said filling the step between the tip and the bridge and only adjusting the nasolabial angle would improve things a lot. I pursue a natural look, and the director also did not recommend excessive surgery. For the dorsal hump, he even explained the possible side effects if it were shaved down, which made me very satisfied. He spent over 30 minutes with me, and when I asked questions he answered everything well without seeming annoyed, so I trusted him and made a reservation! I really hope it goes well.
