I had it done at an orthodontic dental clinic near my home. I had 4 teeth extracted, went to the dentist once a month, and did it for about 3 years.
I did it because of my snaggle teeth, and I regret not doing it sooner lol After orthodontic treatment ends, retainers are attached to the inside of the teeth, both upper and lower, for life, but they don't interfere with daily life at all. When I meet acquaintances who say they also had orthodontic treatment, I'm just so happy to see them lololololol
If you're considering orthodontic treatment, do it even one day sooner!
