Contrary to my intention, it changed into a cute bulbous-nose style... I wanted the nose to extend straight and only the tip to lift slightly, but it rounded upward starting from the middle, so I wasn’t satisfied. Also, as the nose was lifted in a way that made it look short, my whole philtrum became exposed, and they say that if the philtrum looks long, it makes you look older.. (I saw it on YouTube recently) What I found really strange was, if the nose gets shorter, it should make you look younger, so why do I look somehow older? The glabella is a bit swollen...>I did not use silicone, and I had implant-free rhinoplasty at the end of February with hump osteotomy and nasal tip surgery. I had removal because of difficulty breathing and dissatisfaction with the shape Today is day 3 after removal. The swelling is considerable, no less than when I had rhinoplasty.
