After getting a scar tissue injection, cartilage suddenly started protruding. At first it was red like a pimple, but now it is completely showing through. If I leave this alone, will the skin gradually get thinner? I think I’ll need surgery again, but how long should I expect the recovery period to be for surgery to remove septal cartilage and ear cartilage?
