Around 2015, after seeing my friend’s real-life result, I had rhinoplasty + chin tip surgery at ㄹㅈ near Gangnam Station. I had a lot of tissue on my nose and it was very low, so I asked them to make it high, and I think it was almost 5 mm.. I had a slightly retruded chin, so my mother said that if only my nose was high, I might look like a shark, so since I was already doing it, I did the chin tip too All with silicone.. The nose was silicone, and since it was a short nose, they used ear cartilage, lowered the columella, and even did nostril base reduction.. Just a completely obvious surgical nose It’s getting close to six years now, and other than being a bit firm, I’ve been living fine without any symptoms..
