First of all, even on the phone, the staff were friendly. When I went for the consultation, the director was in surgery, so to keep the waiting from being boring, a staff member came in first and explained things in detail, and even roughly set the price so I could go straight to the director consultation and leave afterward. The director explained in detail exactly what areas were needed, and overall I finished the consultation in a good atmosphere.
