Nose Re-Surgery

Inflamed nose.. Clinic A vs Clinic B, different opinions! Please help

I’m currently taking antibiotics because of inflammation in the nasal bridge My nasal bridge is swollen, and there is pain as if someone is pressing on it. It hurts terribly especially when touched. It is difficult to wash my face. The throbbing, tight, swollen feeling continues I had my nasal tip done with a septal procedure, and my columella is slightly white. Clinic A said absolutely everything should be removed, and that doing anything for the columella while inflammation is present would make things worse. They said correction would not be possible during complete removal. They also talked a lot about the possibility of contracture and other negative outcomes after surgery. Clinic B said they would remove everything and, while doing so, reposition only the white part of the columella? They said correction would be performed by moving my existing tissue, not by inserting any material. I want to avoid it if there is even a 1% possibility of inflammation. So would that columellar repositioning? be okay? Clinic B is more expensive, apparently because that columellar repositioning? is included. What does everyone think? Please help
