My original nose had a somewhat prominent bridge and a drooping, hump-shaped tip. I was self-conscious about how unattractive it looked from the side, so I had surgery as soon as I turned 20. I was young and did not research much, and had it done nearby. Even though my bridge was naturally high and I did not need silicone, I clearly said I only wanted the tip raised. After surgery, I felt a foreign-body sensation in the bridge. When I called the clinic, I learned that they had inserted 4 mm of silicone in the bridge. After surgery, my nose still looked hump-shaped from the side, as it had before. I thought it was swelling and carried on, but it did not disappear. I searched and learned it was a hematoma, and that it could be removed with a needle, so I went back to the clinic for a consultation. They told me to have revision surgery, but said they would not remove the hematoma and that, since so much time had passed, I would have to pay the full revision cost. I disliked everything about that clinic, so if I have to undergo revision anyway, I plan to go to Seoul and research extensively. I have been preparing for exams for two years, so I had no time to worry about my appearance, whether it was a hematoma or anything else. But I am so upset that the clinic handled things this way. I want the silicone removed and only the tip raised. Since they shaved down my bridge and inserted silicone there during surgery, would it look very strange without silicone? I know nothing about removal, so I am curious.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo3d I ended up with a witch’s nose after surgery
I ended up with a witch’s nose after surgery. My original nose was small and slightly? upturned? I think the attempt to correct that by taking more out and using septal cartilage ended badly. When I do nothing, it is more or less okay, but
