I ended up with a witch’s nose after surgery. My original nose was small and slightly? upturned? I think the attempt to correct that by taking more out and using septal cartilage ended badly. When I do nothing, it is more or less okay, but when I smile, I really get a huge arrow-shaped nose… It has been about five years since surgery, and the tip may have dropped too, because there is an uneven step Has anyone had the material removed in a case like this? Would it be better to remove everything, without leaving even the tip support? But I am also scared that if everything is removed, contraction will make my nose turn up again. I am really angry…
