I went for a consultation about nasal tip surgery. It was a consultation for a pinched nose, and they said putting Megaderm or something in the nasal tip would be enough. At other hospitals, they seemed cautious about using donated dermis such as Megaderm (because of issues like side effects), but here they said it would be solved just by putting in Megaderm, so my trust dropped a little.
