OJ: I went for the first appointment slot, so there was no wait, and I designated the director for the consultation. I didn’t know anything and found out right before going, so I went just for the experience. With a photo review + same-day booking, it came out to 3.9 million won.

I’ve never heard anyone say my nose is wide in my life, but they said I needed an incision, so I was like, huh..? With same-day booking + photo review, it came out to 3.5 million won. The line was the line I wanted, but the director looked a bit tired. There was no pressure to book the same day.
KY: There was some waiting, but it moved quickly. The consultant was kind, and there was no pressure to book the same day. I had a consultation with the director while looking at my facial proportions and nose shape, and they showed me an edited version of my nose on a pad. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it looked close to straight, so I hesitated a bit. They spoke calmly and explained well, and I really liked the consultation itself. They also said they only do two surgeries a day, so it felt a bit more trustworthy. There was a consultation fee of 10,000 won. The estimate came out to 5.5 million won.
BNN: When you go in, the interior really feels like banana. There is a lot of yellow. I consulted with the consultant first, and this place felt the most professional and was the kindest. Before I even asked what I was curious about, they had already explained everything. I had nothing to ask. The director seemed to look a lot at the nasolabial angle and the overall feel. The director said they do not use ear cartilage because it is weak and because of its shape, and said costal cartilage is used if it seems the septal cartilage cannot be used. Since this is my first surgery, I thought about using donated costal cartilage, but since I’m doing it anyway, I wanted it sturdy, so I said I would just use autologous costal cartilage. Originally it was 5.5 to 4.8 million won, but when I said the cost was a bit burdensome, they brought it down to 4.3 million won.
In conclusion, I decided to do it at BNN, but if the cost had been a bit cheaper, I think I would have done it at KY.
