Without knowing much, I was introduced by someone I knew, had a consultation the same day, and got rhinoplasty. I was too young and ignorant, so I didn’t even know there were hospitals specializing in rhinoplasty. They just said it was possible, so I believed that was how it worked.... Looking now, they specialize in fat grafting. Even back then, they told me to put silicone in now and fill with fat 1-2 years later, but thinking about it now, that made no sense. They forced a large L-shaped silicone implant, which isn’t even used much these days, into the face of a 20-year-old, and for 2 years I lived with an absurd-looking face and stress from side effects before getting revision surgery. They also inserted the silicone asymmetrically, so everyone said my face was ruined. On top of that, because of the silicone at the time, my cartilage became compressed/deformed, and it still didn’t improve after revision surgery. I doubt anyone will get rhinoplasty here, but back then I was young and didn’t know anything, so I couldn’t even say a word of complaint. That’s why I’m leaving this here at least.
